This is a full-time position based in North Narrabeen, offering hands‑on experience in a professional plumbing environment. As an apprentice, you will work alongside experienced plumbers, developing practical skills whilst earning a recognised qualification in the plumbing trade.

Key responsibilities

• Assisting experienced plumbers on residential, commercial and maintenance plumbing projects
• Learning and performing plumbing installations, repairs and maintenance tasks
• Installing and maintaining pipes, fixtures, and water systems in accordance with industry standards and regulations
• Preparing and maintaining work areas, tools and equipment
• Following health and safety protocols and best practices on all job sites
• Attending scheduled training and theory sessions as part of your apprenticeship program
• Assisting with diagnosing and troubleshooting plumbing issues
• Communicating effectively with team members and customers
• Contributing to the maintenance and upkeep of company vehicles and equipment

About you

• Currently enrolled in or committed to completing a recognised plumbing apprenticeship program
• Relevant year level of apprenticeship training and practical experience (1st, 2nd, 3rd or 4th year)
• Strong work ethic, reliability and punctuality
• Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labour, including working at heights and in confined spaces
• Problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and follow instruction from experienced team members
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Valid driver's licence
• Current or ability to obtain a White Card (Construction Induction Card) or equivalent safety certification
• Basic numeracy and literacy skills
