Job summary

Adaptalift Group is offering an Apprentice Mobile Plant Technician role at our Griffith NSW workshop, starting February 2027. You’ll learn on real equipment under expert mentors while earning an above-award wage and completing a fully paid Certificate III in Mobile Plant Technology over four years.

You’ll gain hands-on experience with forklifts, scissor lifts, boom lifts and other heavy machinery, with day-one earnings and a clear career path in a growing industry.

Qualifications

• Interest in mechanics and hands-on problem solving.
• Must have a driver’s licence and reliable transport.
• Age 18 or turning 18 soon.
• Team player with good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose problems, service, maintain and repair equipment in workshop and field.
• Learn on forklifts, scissor lifts, boom lifts and heavy machinery.
• Complete TAFE coursework in Wagga Wagga fully paid.
• Work safely according to guidelines.
