Job summary

Rosebery Steering & Mechanical Services in Rosebery, NSW is seeking a 3rd/4th year Apprentice motor mechanic to join our workshop for full-time hours. You will maintain and repair a wide range of vehicles alongside an experienced team.

You will perform routine maintenance and servicing on cars and light commercial vehicles, diagnose and repair, and test drive to verify repairs. A valid driver's licence is required.

Qualifications

Rosebery Steering & Mechanical Services is seeking a 3rd/4th year Apprentice motor mechanic to join our team in Rosebery, NSW.

As a Motor Mechanic/ Apprentice Mechanic you will play a vital role in maintaining and repairing a wide range of vehicles to the highest standard. This is a full-time position based in our well-equipped workshop, where you will work collaboratively with the rest of our skilled team.

What you'll be doing

Perform routine maintenance and servicing on a variety of vehicles including cars, and light commercial vehicles

Diagnose and repair vehicles

Test drive vehicles to ensure repairs have been carried out effectively

What we're looking for

Relevant trade qualifications in Automotive Mechanics or a similar discipline

The ability to diagnose and problem-solve

Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality work

Good time management and the ability to work efficiently
