McLellan Landscapes is seeking an Apprentice Landscaper to join the team and kickstart a long-term career in landscaping. You will work outdoors on residential projects, learning essential skills such as paving, turfing, planting, and drainage while under the supervision of skilled tradespeople.

• Genuine interest in landscaping and outdoor construction.
• Previous landscaping or labouring experience is desirable but not essential.
• Own reliable transport is essential.
• White Card or willingness to obtain one.
• Positive attitude and strong willingness to learn; ability to follow instructions and work in a team.
• Reliability, punctuality and pride in workmanship with good fitness.

Responsabilidades

• Receive on-the-job training from experienced tradespeople.
• Learn skills across paving, retaining walls, turfing, planting, concreting, drainage, fencing and excavation.
• Contribute to delivering high-quality outdoor spaces on residential projects across the Central Coast.

McLellan Landscapes is looking for a motivated Apprentice Landscaper to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in producing quality work, and wants to build a long-term career in the landscaping industry.

You’ll work alongside experienced landscapers on a wide variety of residential landscaping projects, learning valuable skills including paving, retaining walls, turfing, planting, concreting, drainage, fencing, excavation, and general landscape construction. Every day is different, and you’ll be part of creating high-quality outdoor spaces from start to finish.

We’re looking for someone with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. Landscaping is physically demanding, so you’ll need to be prepared to work hard in all weather conditions while maintaining a high standard of workmanship and safety.

To be successful, you’ll have:

1. A genuine interest in landscaping and outdoor construction.
2. Previous landscaping or labouring experience (desired but not essential).
3. Own reliable transport (essential).
4. A White Card or willingness to obtain one.
5. A positive attitude and strong willingness to learn.
6. The ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
7. Reliability, punctuality and pride in your work.
8. Good level of physical fitness.
