Job summary

McLellan Landscapes on the Central Coast NSW is seeking an Apprentice Landscaper to join our team. You will work alongside experienced landscapers on a variety of residential projects, gaining hands-on training toward a nationally recognised landscaping apprenticeship.

You will learn paving, retaining walls, turfing, planting, concreting, drainage, fencing and general landscape construction, while developing safety practices and a strong work ethic in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

• A genuine interest in landscaping and outdoor construction.
• Previous landscaping or labouring experience (desired but not essential).
• Own reliable transport (essential).
• A White Card or willingness to obtain one.
• A positive attitude and strong willingness to learn.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
• Reliability, punctuality and pride in your work.
• Good level of physical fitness.

Responsibilities

• Learn from experienced tradesmen on residential projects.
• Develop skills in paving, retaining walls, turfing, planting, concreting, drainage, fencing, excavation.
• Create high-quality outdoor spaces from start to finish.
