Job summary

1300Apprentice is offering a 1st Year Landscape Construction Apprenticeship in Bowral, NSW. You will work with experienced tradespeople on a range of small and large projects, learning brick and stone structures, paving, retaining walls, and plant and soil improvements.

You'll earn while you learn, gain a Certificate III in Landscape Construction, and receive mentoring as you build a solid career in landscape construction.

Qualifications

• Passion for this trade and desire to learn
• Physically fit and willing to do demanding work
• Well presented with good work ethic
• Dedicated and eager to learn
• Driver's licence minimum P
• White Card or willing to obtain one

Responsibilities

• Learn to build brick and stone structures
• Lay paving and concrete
• Erect retaining walls and fencing
• Plant and soil improvements for garden and turf areas
• Understand plant and soil practices including establishment programs
• Assist with project costing and design as you progress
