Qualifications

• Proven sales and business development experience essential.
• Ability to identify opportunities, generate leads and close deals with host employers.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in recruitment, employment services or similar industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Actively identify and secure new host employers through business development and networking.
• Generate new business leads, conduct cold calls, arrange meetings and promote apprenticeship services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing host employers for growth.
• Work with recruitment to match candidates with host employer vacancies.
• Manage apprentices and trainees from placement through completion and provide mentoring.
• Conduct regular workplace visits to monitor progress and provide support.
• Liaise with RTOs to monitor training progress and qualification requirements.
• Promote apprenticeship opportunities to businesses, schools and stakeholders.
• Maintain records and ensure compliance with national standards and legislation.
• Achieve monthly sales, placement and KPI targets.
