Redpath Group is seeking a dedicated apprentice to join the Brisbane Plant Yard team. The role offers a 9-day fortnight with 10-hour shifts, training to achieve a trade qualification, and on-site work from Year 2.

You’ll perform repairs, servicing and breakdown support for heavy mobile and fixed plant equipment in a workshop environment. Start date January 2026, with competitive hourly pay and benefits including leave, parking and PPE.

Qualificações

• Year 12 certificate or higher is required.
• Valid manual driver’s licence and own transport are essential.
• Enthusiastic, reliable and eager to learn.
• Commitment to completing a 4-year apprenticeship.
• Willingness to work on-site from Year 2 and progressively undertake training.

About the Role

• Start Date: January 2026
• Roster: 9-day fortnight | 10-hour shifts
• Location: Brisbane Plant Yard, with site work Year 2 & 3
• Training: Hands‑on experience + formal training to achieve your trade qualification
