You will receive training in basic culinary skills, knife work, knowledge of ingredients, use of commercial equipment and kitchen procedures, working under the guidance of the head chef and assisting with meal preparation and service.

• Kitchen cleaning, such as dish washing and equipment cleaning, sanitation.
• Assists in other areas of food preparation and storage.
