MRAELis is seeking an eager and dedicated Apprentice Chef to join the team at Bateau Bay Hotel, NSW. You’ll learn alongside qualified Chefs in a commercial kitchen and gain hands-on experience across all aspects of food preparation and presentation.

You’ll earn a full-time wage while you learn and achieve the Certificate III in Commercial Cookery, with full uniform and a tool kit provided, plus mentoring and flexible training from skilled professionals.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery is earned during apprenticeship.
• Applicant should be motivated, eager and passionate about food.
• Good communication skills and initiative are important.

Responsabilités

• Assist in the preparation, cooking and serving of dishes.
• Operate kitchen equipment such as mixers, choppers, fryers, steamers under supervision.
• Learn different knife and cooking techniques.
• Clean, maintain and store kitchen equipment appropriately.
