Job summary

dnata Catering & Retail, in partnership with MEGT, offers Apprentice Chef opportunities across Australia, including Sydney, to gain a nationally recognised qualification while working in inflight catering.

You will learn from industry professionals, prepare meals, maintain food safety, and develop kitchen skills while completing your apprenticeship through TAFE.

Qualifications

• Passion for cooking and hospitality.
• Willingness to learn and a positive attitude.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliability, punctuality and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and rotating rosters.
• Reliable transport to travel to work and TAFE.
• Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
• Ability to obtain a clear National Police Check.
• Certificate I or II in Hospitality (desirable but not essential).
• Previous kitchen or hospitality experience (desirable but not essential).

What You'll Be Doing
