Job summary

Hastings Deering (Australia) Ltd in Brisbane is seeking an Apprentice and Learning Advisor to coordinate the learning journey of apprentices, oversee onboarding, rosters, training schedules and events, and support a positive learning culture.

You will partner with Managers, RTOs and the Training team to ensure smooth delivery of learning, manage training records and compliance, and coordinate on-site and external training, including work experience placements and risk assessments.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating apprenticeship programs or administrative roles.
• Knowledge of VET systems and RTO compliance is desirable.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
