Hastings Deering (Australia) Ltd in Brisbane is seeking an experienced Leading Hand to provide hands-on leadership to our trades team, driving safety, quality and productivity in the workshop.

You’ll coach apprentices, plan daily activities, monitor progress and ensure jobs meet OEM specs. This permanent role offers competitive rates and opportunities across a global Caterpillar network.
