Smarter Air & Electrical, based in Little Mountain, is seeking a 2nd or 3rd year apprentice air conditioning technician to join our Brisbane team. You will assist with residential ducted installations, service work, and site inspections while learning from experienced installers.

The role offers an above‑award salary, Monday–Friday work (Saturdays optional), on‑the‑job training, and opportunities to grow with the business as you develop hands‑on skills in smart air conditioning and home

Based in Little Mountain, we provide high-quality air conditioning installations and services to clients across Sunshine Coast, Brisbane, Gold Coast, and Ipswich.

Tasks and Responsibilities

As our new apprentice air conditioning technician, your regular tasks will include:

• Residential Ducted Installations (new & existing homes)
• Assist with service & breakdowns
• Site Inspections
• Driving to jobs across Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast and Ipswich.

Mandatory Requirements

• Blue/White Card
• Current Manual Drivers Licence
• Reliable vehicle to get to & from work/jobs

Skill and Experience

Our ideal candidate will have their basic hand tools & cordless impact drill, as well as the ability to:

• Work well in a team, as well as autonomously
• Often tolerate hot and uncomfortable working conditions such as inside roof spaces

You will be an excellent fit for this role if you are motivated, reliable, and have a great work ethic.
