Job summary

REMONDIS is seeking an Applications Analyst to provide professional support for digital systems within the Infrastructure, Communications & Technology team in Mascot, NSW. You will ensure optimal performance, troubleshoot issues, deploy upgrades, and collaborate with vendors to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Applications Analyst role.
• Experience with REMONDIS applications: Workday (Talent Management, Recruiting, Employee Self-service, Payroll & Time Management); Salesforce; Microsoft D365 F&O; Wastedge.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities to troubleshoot and improve systems.
• Solid project and time management skills to meet deadlines and coordinate tasks.
• Ability to analyze, test, implement and maintain networks, systems and applications.
• Apply industry best practices in application development.
• Gather and interpret data and system reports.

Responsibilities

• Manage solution deployments and application upgrades.
• Analyse applications, identify creation or redesign needs, and troubleshoot improvements for performance.

• Map IT processes and systems.
• Prepare cost-benefit analyses for new IT projects.
