National Credit Insurance (NCI) in Australia is seeking a customer-focused application support specialist. You will be the first point of contact for internal teams and clients, troubleshooting issues and delivering training across our platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration, customer service or related support role.
• Interest in technology and how systems can improve business outcomes.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• A proactive, positive approach and willingness to learn.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, responsive support to clients and internal users across NCI's applications.
• Manage phone, email, and Teams enquiries, resolve issues and troubleshoot system-related problems.
• Conduct system demonstrations and training sessions, virtually and in person.
• Support rollout of new application features and enhancements.
• Create and manage client credit applications with high accuracy.
