Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Systems, Technology, or a relevant discipline.
• Certifications in relevant technologies are desirable.
• Experience with 24x7 technology systems.
• Knowledge of MS Windows, Azure and AKS.
• Experience with OS upgrade activities.
• Familiar with incident, problem, capacity and change management (ITIL desirable).
• Ability to maintain technical documentation.
• Experience using CI/CD pipelines for deployment.
