Qualifications

Degree in Information Systems, Technology, or a relevant discipline.

Experience with 24x7 technology systems.
Knowledge of MS Windows, Azure and AKS.
Experience with OS upgrade activities.
Familiar with incident, problem, capacity and change management (ITIL desirable).
Ability to maintain technical documentation.
Experience using CI/CD pipelines for deployment.
