Job summary

ClickUp is hiring a Sales Leader to own and accelerate revenue growth across APJ, with primary focus on ANZ. You will build a direct commercial and enterprise motion in Australia/New Zealand while scaling a channel-led GTM across Southeast Asia.

This leadership role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution to drive ARR growth and partner collaboration. The role requires significant B2B SaaS sales leadership, a track record of building high-performing ANZ teams, and ability to sell

Qualifications

• Significant experience in B2B SaaS sales with leadership responsibility (Director+).
• Proven track record building/scaling sales teams in ANZ.
• Familiarity with channel-led and partner-driven GTM motions.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the Australia and New Zealand commercial and enterprise sales function.
• Develop pipeline strategy to support aggressive growth targets.
• Recruit, hire, and develop Commercial & Enterprise AEs locally.
• Manage expansion sales and grow commercial and enterprise accounts.
• Shape local brand credibility through events, PR, and executive relations.
• Partner with Solution Consulting and Professional Services for complex evaluations.
• Collaborate with Channel team on go-to-market strategy across APJ.
