Job summary

ClickUp is seeking a Sales Leader to own and accelerate revenue growth across APJ, with a priority on ANZ expansion. You will build a direct commercial and enterprise motion in Australia/New Zealand while scaling a channel-led GTM across Southeast Asia.

You will inherit a mixed book of commercial and enterprise logos, drive pipeline and governance, and collaborate with partners to accelerate win rates in a rapidly growing SaaS market.

Qualifications

• Experience leading B2B SaaS sales teams in ANZ.
• Proven ability to build and scale commercial and enterprise sales.
• Strong track record delivering ARR targets with direct and partner influence.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the commercial and enterprise sales function in Australia and New Zealand.
• Develop pipeline strategy to meet aggressive growth goals.
• Recruit, hire, and develop Commercial & Enterprise AEs locally.
• Manage expansion sales and grow current commercial and enterprise accounts.
• Build local brand credibility via events, PR, and executive relationships.
• Partner with Solution Consulting and Professional Services for complex evaluations.
• Collaborate with Channel team on GTM strategy across APJ and ROA.
• Support partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline generation.
