Responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, showers and bathtubs.
• Empty bins, remove rubbish and dispose of waste appropriately.
• Set apartments up for incoming residents.
• Report any maintenance issues, damage or repairs needed to management.
• Work efficiently to meet cleaning schedules and turnaround times.
• Ensure health and safety standards are followed at all times.

Apartment Living Melbourne is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Apartment Cleaner to join our team in Melbourne CBD. This is a part time through December 2026 and increasing to full time hours In January and February 2027 based in Melbourne VIC 3000, where you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our apartment properties. As an essential member of our operations team, you will ensure that every apartment meets our high standards of cleanliness, contributing directly to guest satisfaction and the reputation of Apartment Living Melbourne.

Key responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive cleaning of apartments, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas to the highest standards
• Dust, vacuum, mop and sanitise all surfaces, furniture and fixtures within assigned apartments
• Clean and disinfect bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, showers and bathtubs
• Empty bins, remove rubbish and dispose of waste appropriately
• Setting apartments up for incoming residents
• Report any maintenance issues, damage or repairs needed to management
• Work efficiently to meet cleaning schedules and turnaround times
