Job summary

Lineage Logistics is seeking a Senior Tax Manager, Asia Pacific to lead the region's tax function, reporting to the Director, International Tax in the United States. This role covers Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Vietnam and Sri Lanka, partnering with a global tax team and senior leadership to drive governance and strategic initiatives.

You will oversee corporate income tax, GST/VAT, transfer pricing and other indirect taxes, while driving process improvements and tax policy development

Qualifications

• Extensive corporate tax background across multinational or large professional services environments.
• Deep knowledge of international tax, transfer pricing and indirect taxes.
• Experience leading multi-jurisdictional tax operations across APAC and global markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead the tax function across Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Vietnam and Sri Lanka.
• Advise on tax aspects of acquisitions, restructures, financing arrangements and other business initiatives.
• Partner with finance, legal, operations and executive leadership to support commercial decision-making.
