Job summary

Lineage is seeking a commercially minded Tax Manager for Asia Pacific to own the tax function across Australia, Singapore, Vietnam, New Zealand and Sri Lanka. You will report to the Director of International Tax and collaborate with a global tax team.

This high‑impact role offers autonomy, exposure to senior stakeholders and involvement in strategic initiatives, acquisitions and regional growth.

Qualifications

• Qualified in CA/CPA or Master of Tax.
• Experience in corporate income tax and transfer pricing.
• Experience across multiple jurisdictions, preferably in Big 4 or multinational environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Asia-Pacific tax function across Australia, Singapore, Vietnam, New Zealand and Sri Lanka.
• Oversee income tax, GST/VAT, withholding tax and transfer pricing.
• Drive tax strategy, planning, optimisation and compliance.
• Partner with M&A teams and external advisers on acquisitions and restructurings.
• Support REIT testing and regional compliance initiatives.
