Aristocrat Gaming is seeking a Director of Tax Advisory Corporate & International to lead tax advisory across Australia, New Zealand and the broader APAC region, while supporting global international tax matters. The role partners with Commercial teams and external advisors to provide practical guidance on corporate transactions and tax planning.

The right candidate will help manage tax risk, ensure policy compliance, and drive business growth within the technology-focused gaming sector.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax advice on business initiatives, restructures, new market entry, and cross-border intercompany transactions.
• Support M&A activity, divestments, and post-acquisition integration in the region.
• Support capital management initiatives, including dividends, capital returns, and intercompany funding arrangements.
• Collaborate with team members in the US and EMEA to support transfer pricing policies and practices.
• Act as the primary tax expert for the APAC region, providing guidance on international tax and transfer pricing.
