Qualifications

• Significant corporate tax experience within a professional services or business advisory environment.
• Strong technical expertise in Australian corporate tax, tax consolidations and complex group structures.
• Commercial acumen to identify opportunities, grow client relationships and contribute to revenue growth.
• Ownership mindset with accountability for outcomes and ability to lead engagements.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build credibility with senior stakeholders.
• Professional qualifications such as CA or CPA, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Take accountability for the performance, development and growth of your client portfolio, identifying opportunities to expand existing relationships and attract new clients.
• Provide commercially focused tax advice to complex corporate groups and international businesses
• Lead and oversee complex tax consolidation engagements, ensuring technically robust and commercially viable outcomes.
• Navigate complex corporate tax matters, including international tax issues, group structures and listed entities.
• Build trusted relationships with clients, becoming a valued adviser who understands their commercial objectives.
• Mentor and develop team members, lead engagements and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration and high performance.
• Be proactive in identifying opportunities, strengthening market relationships and contributing directly to the growth and success of Azure Group.
