Zusammenfassung

STACK INFRASTRUCTURE is seeking a Director, Sustainability and Environment APAC to own the sustainability strategy for STACK developments from design to operations, aligning with environmental obligations, energy-performance objectives and regulatory requirements.

You will lead ESD consultants, coordinate reports and energy models, and engage with EPA Victoria/NSW, councils, and planning authorities to drive compliant, sustainable data-centre projects.

Qualifikationen

• Tertiary qualification in environmental science, environmental engineering, planning, sustainability, law or a related discipline.
• Strong written communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Experience directing approvals and technical assessment for major developments or infrastructure.
• Proven ability to engage with EPA Victoria/NSW and planning authorities.
• Knowledge of Australian or international sustainability-rating frameworks.

Aufgaben

• Define environmental approval pathways for new sites and major design changes.
• Lead environmental due diligence for prospective sites and identify risks.
• Develop design documents for development applications and planning approvals.
• Interface with EPA Victoria, NSW EPA, councils and planning authorities.
• Lead environmental impact assessments, energy models and sustainability reports.
