Syneos Health, Inc. in Australia seeks an experienced Site Activation Manager APAC to lead site start-up across regional trials, coordinating with clinical operations and regulatory teams to activate sites efficiently.

You will drive timelines, manage budgets, and maintain strong client relationships while navigating regulatory requirements and country-specific processes to deliver activation-ready sites on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with functional areas including Business Development, Alliance Management, Contracts and Proposals Development, SSU Country Managers, Project Management, Clinical, Data Management and Medical Writing.
• Identifies and evaluates issues pertaining to Site Start-Up, regulatory pathway, enrollment, interprets data, and ensures solutions are implemented.
• Ensures all project deliverables meet client expectations with accurate projections, reports and ongoing risk management.
• Develops and maintains relationships with customers in alignment with their projects.
• Ensures that project targets and client needs are met, services are provided with high quality, and policies followed.
• Oversees all SSU deliverables from site selection through activation to lifecycle maintenance.
• Assumes accountability for start-up deliverables including site identification, submissions, and essential document collection.
• Manages SSU timelines, budget reviews, and ensures profitability with corrective actions as needed.
• Uses planning tools for scope, timeline, and resources and tracks out-of-scope work.
• Prepares core submission documents and conducts regulatory impact assessments for amendments.
• Assists in SIS/ICF development and oversees country-specific applications.
