Gallagher is seeking a Security Manager, Asia Pacific to lead Gallagher's Global Safety & Security programme across the region. You will oversee physical security, employee safety, incident handling, emergency preparedness, travel risk and security technology.

This role can be located at any Gallagher office in Australia. You will build partnerships with stakeholders, drive continuous improvement, and manage security operations across diverse environments with a focus on protecting people,

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security operations, risk management and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead security standards, policies, and programs across Asia Pacific.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to protect people and assets.
• Monitor regional risk trends including crime, unrest and hazards.
• Conduct security assessments, audits and risk reviews across locations.
• Support openings, relocations, acquisitions and closures with security requirements.
