  • Partner with marketing, sales, and customer success to shape and sharpen outbound strategy.

  • Keep our CRM clean and current, and report on your activity each week.

What you will bring

  • High drive, resilience, and a genuine eagerness to learn and build a career in B2B tech sales.

  • Previous exposure to a customer-facing environment (e.g., retail, hospitality, customer service, or early commercial/sales experience).

  • Confidence reaching out to prospects across phone, email, and social.

  • A natural curiosity that helps you pick up new products, tools, and industries fast.

  • An organised, detail-oriented approach and genuine comfort with CRM systems and sales tools like HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator .

  • A proactive, goal-driven mindset and a real team-first attitude.

Nice to have

  • A degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.

  • Prior exposure to outbound sales, cold calling, appointment setting, or sales tech tools (e.g., HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).

  • Knowledge of the mining, resources, or industrial tech sector.

Why our team loves working here
  • High Impact & Real Autonomy: You own the top of our sales pipeline. Every conversation you start shapes our growth, and you have the backing of a dedicated marketing, sales, and customer success team to do it well.
