Job summary
MRI Software seeks an experienced Director, Senior Associate General Counsel to lead legal support across the APAC region for a global SaaS company serving commercial real estate. You will oversee a regional legal team, partner with Sales leadership, and manage complex SaaS and licensing agreements while balancing risk with growth.

Qualifications
- Law degree with active admission to practice in APAC jurisdictions.
- 8+ years of legal experience with substantial commercial contracting.
- Experience negotiating SaaS, software licensing, and complex agreements.
- Experience partnering with Sales and Go-to-Market teams.
- Proven ability to lead regional legal teams across APAC.
Responsibilities
- Lead APAC legal function and regional team performance.
- Negotiate and draft complex customer and commercial agreements.
- Develop contract templates, playbooks, and approval frameworks.
- Provide practical legal guidance enabling revenue growth.
- Partner with Sales leadership to remove contracting obstacles.
- Mentor and develop legal talent in a fast-paced environment.
- Manage outside counsel and legal spend in APAC.
