Job summary

ADM is seeking a senior APAC IP leader to manage trademark and patent matters across the APAC region, ensuring alignment with Global IP procedures, regional business needs, and local laws and regulations.

You will draft and negotiate IP contracts, oversee licensing and enforcement, coordinate with the Global IP Team and external counsel, develop templates, and train teams while upholding the highest ethical standards and integrity.

Qualifications

• Min 7 years PQE with IP experience in trademarks and patents.
• Experience in top-tier law firms and/or multinational corporations.
• Fluent in English and Chinese with strong business communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead APAC IP legal advisory across the APAC region.
• Manage IP licensing, enforcement, and negotiations across APAC.
• Draft, review, and negotiate IP contracts and clauses.
• Develop and maintain IP contract templates aligned with Global IP policies.
• Oversee trademark/patent prosecution and coordinate with Global IP Team.
• Coordinate with regional and global teams, train staff as needed.
