Job summary

Worldpay Pty Limited (SPS) in Sydney invites an experienced Risk Specialist to join our Enterprise Risk Management team. You will be the APAC lead for risk matters, embedding accountability into business operations and supporting strategic objectives with sound judgment.

You will work with stakeholders across APAC and globally, present risk assessments to boards, escalate issues when needed, and help ensure risk-informed decisions across time zones and geographies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with risk management practices.
• Strong understanding of APAC risk requirements.
• Excellent time management in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to build strong relationships at all levels."
• Exceptional communication and attention to detail.
• Strong work ethic, ownership and accountability.
• Knowledge of merchant acquiring services is a plus.
• Experience delivering executive-level risk reports.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to address region-specific risk issues.
• Communicate insights to executives and senior leaders.
• Apply judgment within the Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
• Monitor and escalate issues to stakeholders as needed.
• Present risk assessment results to APAC Boards and governance forums.
• Role may require work outside regular hours due to time zones.
