Job summary

Milestone Technologies seeks a highly experienced Physical Security Project Manager to lead the delivery of security systems for new office builds across APAC. You will coordinate with internal teams, regional vendors, landlords and construction partners to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery aligned with global GSIS standards while accounting for country-specific codes and threat profiles.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in security / design / construction.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• PMP, CAPM, PSP or CPP certifications strongly preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% for site visits and commissioning, within APAC.
• Proven track record managing multiple projects across countries and regulatory environments.
• Strong budget and stakeholder management with security vendors and partners.

Responsibilities

• Own project schedules, budgets, documentation and coordination for APAC security projects.
• Create and evaluate design and vendor proposals, manage contracts and purchase orders.
• Develop APAC vendor bench and ensure product availability aligns with global standards.
• Lead bid processes, RFI/RFP activities, interviews and award recommendations.
• Attend site visits, assess space for security systems implementation and design approach.
• Review lease contracts and assess site-specific zoning, codes and data privacy considerations.
• Coordinate design engineers, security integrators and internal operations for seamless delivery.
• Provide APAC regional input to DEC standards and program dashboard.
