Job summary

Allstar Recruitment Group is seeking a Mining Environment Leader to join our client’s Mining Business consultancy. The role focuses on delivering environmental solutions across mine closure, EIA, permitting and environmental systems, serving clients across the APAC region.

The ideal candidate will lead multidisciplinary teams, drive proposals, and collaborate with a broad client base while supporting ongoing growth of consulting services in the Oceania region.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree in Environmental Science or Engineering.
• Professional registration.
• Experience at a consulting firm.
• Project management skills.
• Demonstrated business development experience.
• Expertise in mine closure, geochemistry, social impact assessment, or EIA and permitting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver leading practice consulting services in mine closure, environmental impact assessment, management systems, due diligence and auditing.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams to develop proposals and deliver projects safely, on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with senior Mining team members to maintain client relationships.
• Establish linkages with other business units to enhance service delivery.
