Job summary

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners seeks a commercially driven Category Manager to lead the Logistics category across the Asia Pacific region from Sydney or Auckland. You will develop sourcing strategies, strengthen supplier partnerships and deliver meaningful commercial value across multiple markets.

The role requires a hands-on approach, travel across Australia and New Zealand, and a track record of delivering cost savings, service improvements and supplier innovation in FMCG or multi-market

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in procurement or category management in FMCG or multi-market organisations.
• Experience in indirect services procurement and strategy development across geographies.
• Hands-on, proactive approach to drive initiatives to completion.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced regional environment.
• Strong commercial acumen, analytical skills, and cost-savings delivery.
• Experience negotiating complex contracts and managing supplier relationships.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leaders.
• Willingness to travel across Australia and New Zealand.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Logistics category strategy across Asia Pacific cluster.
• Manage end-to-end sourcing activities (RFIs, RFPs, supplier evaluations, contracts).
• Build strategic supplier relationships and monitor performance.
• Identify cost-saving, supply optimisation and harmonisation initiatives.
• Lead negotiations delivering sustainable savings and improved cash flow.
• Develop cost forecasts and budgets; monitor performance and communicate risks.
• Identify supply market risks and develop sourcing strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities and deliver results.
• Support sustainability commitments by ensuring supplier standards.
