Job summary

Ivo is seeking a Legal Engineer to bridge law with product and sales. You will engage with law firms and in-house legal teams, demonstrate value, and guide implementation of Ivo’s AI-powered contracting solutions.

You’ll own demonstrations, develop playbooks, and collaborate with software engineers and designers to improve model outputs and user experience. A background in law and comfort with client-facing work are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of legal experience, either at a law firm or in-house legal team.
• Sales or customer-facing experience, including legal business development and/or secondment, is a plus.
• Outstanding presentation skills to both legal and executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Champion the product and advocate for Ivo on sales calls, onboarding calls, demos, webinars, events and conferences.
• Lead product demonstrations tailored to in-house legal contexts, validating how Ivo adds value and showcasing features relevant to client use cases.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers to help them integrate Ivo into their workflows and adopt best-in-class AI practices.
• Implement and oversee Playbooks for prospects derived from precedents, templates, and historical agreements.
• Collaborate with software engineers to improve model outputs and with designers to enhance UX/UI.
• Serve as the Voice of the Customer to help the sales team and product team refine strategy through a legal lens.
