Job summary

Fisher Investments Australia is seeking an experienced Regional Business Information Security Officer (BISO) for APAC. You will act as a program manager and partner with senior business and technology leaders to translate global security strategy into regional execution across Australia, Japan, Singapore, and beyond.

You will provide cyber risk guidance, support regulatory alignment, and drive maturity, governance, and incident readiness while collaborating with Legal, Compliance, Privacy, Risk,

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Information Security, Cyber Risk or GRC.
• Experience across multiple countries or regions in a regulated environment.
• Understanding governance, risk management and security controls.
• Ability translating cyber topics into business recommendations.
• Experience engaging senior leaders, regulators, auditors and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of APAC regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as regional cybersecurity advisor to APAC business and tech leadership.
• Translate global security strategy into regionally relevant practices.
• Support regulatory alignment and governance activities.
• Provide regional cyber risk oversight and reporting to leadership.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Privacy, Risk and Technology teams.
• Lead incident readiness and security culture initiatives in APAC.
