Job summary

Fujitsu Australia is seeking an experienced Information Security Manager to lead governance, risk, compliance, and assurance across client and internal environments. You will partner with business and technology stakeholders to strengthen cyber resilience and guide security strategies.

Australian Citizenship is mandatory and a current or reinstatable AGSVA NV2 security clearance is required. Location flexibility includes Barton Canberra or Brisbane, with options for multiple Australian locations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in information security, governance, risk and compliance.
• Demonstrated leadership of security programs and teams.
• Strong knowledge of governance, risk assessment, and regulatory frameworks.
• Experience implementing information security policies, standards and controls.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of information security governance, risk, compliance and assurance.
• Develop and improve security frameworks, policies, standards and controls.
• Conduct risk assessments and provide practical mitigations.
• Embed security-by-design across projects and operations.
• Lead security audits, remediation, and assurance activities.
• Provide leadership and coaching to security teams and stakeholders.
