Job summary

Credit Corp is seeking a Senior HR Partnering leader to shape and execute the people strategy across Australia, New Zealand and the Philippines, reporting to the Chief People Officer.

You will partner with executives to drive culture, talent, performance and workforce outcomes, lead an HR Partnering team, and own governance for employment risk in APAC. This role offers Sydney CBD location with flexible hybrid work and a path to develop future talent and organisational design.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in a senior HR Business Partnering or HR leadership role.
• Demonstrated success leading, coaching and developing high-performing HR teams.
• Strong strategic partnering capability influencing executives on workforce matters.
• Extensive experience managing complex employee relations and change initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills translating data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to develop and implement people strategies that support business performance.
• Lead, coach and develop the HR Partnering team to deliver high-quality HR services across regions.
• Own the employment risk and governance framework for the APAC region.
