Job summary

Reo Recruitment in Sydney seeks an FP&A Manager to lead the Asia Pacific finance planning and analysis function, with divisional scope across multiple lines of business and direct reporting to the GM Finance. You will own budgeting, long-range planning, monthly forecasting, and board reporting, build a high-performing team, and partner with commercial finance and US parent to drive strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• CPA/CA qualified finance professional with global/ multinational exposure.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with ability to influence executives.
• Experience building and leading FP&A teams and partnering with commercial teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting and long-range planning for APAC division.
• Oversee monthly forecasting and alignment across business units.
• Develop standardised forecasting templates aligned to Group requirements.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly financial reports for executive management and Board.
• Provide insights on performance, working capital, CAPEX, cash flow.
• Act as conduit between APAC, Group FP&A and US parent.
• Drive process improvements and automation in reporting.
• Benchmark competitors and perform ad-hoc financial analysis.
• Coordinate quarterly OKRs for key initiatives.
• Build and develop a high-performing FP&A team.
