Job summary

Lightsource bp is seeking a senior ethics and compliance professional to lead the APAC program, interfacing with senior management to promote ethical business conduct. You will shape policy, train teams, and monitor risk across regions, ensuring regulatory alignment and robust governance.

You will guide investigations, facilitate awareness, and drive continuous improvement while collaborating with legal, People & Culture, and HSE. This is a senior IC role with potential to lead teams.”

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant subject
• English: Fluent spoken and writing
• Fluency in additional languages would be a significant advantage
• A legal qualification, and/or additional E&C qualifications or certifications, would be an advantage

Responsibilities

• Interface with senior management to enable regional leadership to meet ethics and compliance accountabilities
• Lead on implementing the E&C program and align with legislation
• Provide training and deploy communications, engagement and eLearning resources
• Monitor risk and controls as the business grows
• Act as intake for breaches or concerns and coordinate with other channels
• Highlight trends to strengthen the E&C program and support projects
