Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain, retail, or manufacturing domains.
• Proven ability to lead projects and programs in software/tech environments.
• Experience applying AI to improve delivery, processes, and outcomes.
• Ability to manage stakeholders and influence decisions.

Responsibilities

• Drive portfolio performance, profitability, and delivery outcomes in APAC.
• Improve forecasting, resourcing, and governance with regional leadership.
• Strengthen estimation practices, margins, and delivery optimization.
• Scale delivery operations by improving ways of working and productivity.
• Own portfolio reporting and financial performance tracking across the region.
• Lead stakeholder communications, governance forums, and escalations.
• Coach PMs and PMOs to strengthen delivery capability.
