Job summary

Kobalt.io is seeking a dedicated Program Manager to bridge clients and our cybersecurity team in Australia and New Zealand. The role supports scalable information security programs, onboarding, and budget-conscious delivery while ensuring long-term client success. Remote work in AEST time zone is supported for AU/NZ-based candidates.

You will collaborate with internal stakeholders, SMEs, and executives to drive growth and maintain exceptional service levels across a portfolio of programs.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree in business, CS, IT, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5 years of experience in B2B client-facing roles managing technology or business change projects and/or programs.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with diverse teams.
• Ability to engage with customer executives and understand business needs.
• Experience managing multiple projects with multiple stakeholders and priorities.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., monday.com) and familiarity with compliance tools (e.g., Vanta).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; detail-oriented and organized.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a diverse portfolio of information security programs.
• Own onboarding lifecycle with risk registers and a 1-year roadmap.
• Maintain client NPS and deliver exceptional service with customer success partners.
• Communicate progress and milestones to clients and stakeholders.
• Document program processes and ensure knowledge transfer.
• Own and improve delivery team processes for value and quality.
• Manage program budgets and resource allocation for efficiency.
• Lead SMEs to drive outcomes and provide constructive feedback.
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues to keep objectives on track.
• Identify upselling opportunities and collaborate with internal teams to grow business.
