Job summary

Simpro is seeking a Customer Marketing Manager APAC to turn customers into advocates across Australia, New Zealand and the APAC region. You will design and run programs that deepen engagement, boost retention and expansion, and create a compelling network of customer champions who speak on our behalf.

You'll partner with APAC Account Management, align with regional and global teams, own the review strategy on Google, G2 and regional platforms, run webinars and events, and deliver customer

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in customer marketing, advocacy, or related B2B marketing.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) and executing B2B email campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute APAC customer marketing strategies for Simpro and AroFlo.
• Identify advocates and create opportunities with APAC Account Management.
• Own and optimize APAC review strategy across Google, G2 and regional platforms.
• Plan and deliver customer webinars for APAC audiences and regional events.
• Create customer content including case studies, testimonials and videos.
