Job summary

Marsh Risk is seeking a senior Climate & Sustainability Risk Consulting Leader to establish and grow our Pacific business across Australia, New Zealand, and the Pacific Islands. The role blends client engagement, business development and delivery of advisory projects within a hybrid Australia-based office network.

You will guide physical and transition risk, sustainability advisory services, and lead regional initiatives while collaborating with Marsh’s global experts.

Qualifications

• 10+ years relevant experience in climate risk or sustainability.
• Proven experience building a consulting pipeline and business development, preferably in Australia.
• Awareness and experience with international frameworks e.g. GRI, SASB, ISO14001, GHG Protocol, SBTi, IFRS, TNFD.

Responsibilities

• Build Marsh Climate & Sustainability’s external presence and visibility in Pacific by engaging in external forums and developing industry networks.
• Expand the Pacific consulting business by growing revenue and hiring and developing junior consultants.
• Lead and contribute to consulting projects across Asia Pacific leveraging established credibility and experience.
• Develop internal networks across Marsh Australia and New Zealand to raise awareness of capabilities across the region.
• Manage and deliver climate risk advisory services including risk identification and climate scenario analysis.
