Responsabilités

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to drive revenue and profitability.
• Lead and mentor a geographically dispersed APAC sales team.
• Build and maintain executive-level customer relationships in key aviation markets.
• Identify and convert new business opportunities and expand existing accounts.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver customer-focused solutions.
• Represent the organisation at industry events and customer engagements in the region.
• Provide market intelligence and growth recommendations to senior leadership.
• Manage sales forecasting, pipeline activity and CRM reporting.
