Westcon-Comstor is seeking an AI Governance and Adoption Lead in Sydney to shape governance for unstructured data and drive responsible AI adoption across APAC. You will develop practical governance standards, collaborate with Legal and IT Security, and promote effective use of AI tools and programmes throughout the region.

Qualificações

• At least five years in data governance, knowledge management or information management
• Experience supporting generative AI or AI/ML initiatives
• Understanding of how unstructured data supports AI systems
• Strong programme and project management in a matrixed organisation
• Ability to influence without direct authority and build alignment
• Comfort operating in ambiguous environments and creating structure

Responsabilidades

• Develop a governance framework for unstructured data across AI initiatives
• Support adoption and rollout of AI tools/programmes across APAC
• Monitor business value and performance of AI initiatives
• Collaborate with business owners to improve data quality and manage content risks
• Champion knowledge management practices including taxonomy and metadata
• Coordinate with Legal, Compliance and IT Security on privacy and risk
• Engage stakeholders, provide training, and enable users
• Build relationships across the business to influence outcomes
