Qualifications

• 2+ years in an AP Officer position.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• AP processing – coding and approvals.
• Prepare manual cheques as required.
• Maintain aged AP and suppliers list.
• Manage verification of new vendors including setting up in the system.
• Statement reconciliations.
• Bank reconciliations.
• Additional duties may be shared by finance as the business grows.
