Job summary

Talent Guys Llc is seeking an experienced accounts payable/receivable professional to support invoicing, payments, and day-to-day accounting processes. You will ensure timely processing of invoices, accurate record-keeping, and collaboration with vendors and internal teams.

Key responsibilities include managing accounts payable and receivable, producing aging reports and cash flow statements, and performing invoice analyses to identify discrepancies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices and payments accurately and timely.
• Record and reconcile customer invoices and payments in the accounting system.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, meeting payment schedules.
• Perform financial analysis on invoices for accuracy and discrepancies.
• Produce financial reports, including aging reports and cash flow statements.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve billing disputes and errors.
• Communicate with vendors and customers to resolve payment issues.
