Job summary

NGARE EMPLOYMENT SOLUTIONS PTY LTD is seeking an Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Manager to lead and mentor the AR & AP functions. This role requires strong leadership and finance experience within FMCG.

The candidate will manage daily AR/AP tasks, improve processes, and collaborate with team members to ensure success. Additional benefits include five weeks of annual leave and free onsite parking.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a leadership role with mentoring capabilities.
• Experience in a finance environment, preferably FMCG.
• Familiarity with JD Oracle, Microsoft Suite, and Concur.

Responsibilities

• Lead AR & AP functions, ensuring team success.
• Oversee daily invoicing, collections, cash applications.
• Continuous maintenance and improvement of AR/AP processes.
• Manage supplier setups and customer credit applications.
• Report on Receivables and Payables ledgers.
